These terms of use (the Terms of Use) regulate access to and use of the website hosted under the domain name jitkey.com (the Website) as well as the contents and services that the owner of the Website makes available to its users (the Users).

Likewise, these Terms of Use establish together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy, relating to the management of personal data of Users, the terms and conditions that govern the Website (the Terms and Conditions).

Access to the Website or its use by the User necessarily implies, and without reservations, knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, therefore, it is recommended that the User read them carefully in case of using the services offered by JITKey.

Access and use of the Website is prohibited for Users under eighteen (18) years of age. Therefore, by accepting these Terms of Use, the User acknowledges being a person with sufficient capacity to acquire the obligations derived from their actions and that they have read, understand and accept their content.

In the event that a minor under 18 years of age registers as a User, JITKey will adopt the necessary measures for this purpose and will proceed to delete or block the User's account as well as suspend the Services.

Users who wish to use the Services offered on the Website must register on it through the form created for this purpose, for which they will have to follow the instructions indicated in it and provide the required data (the «Registration Form»).

Once the Registration Form has been completed, the User will receive an email at the address indicated in the Registration Form, to proceed with the activation of their User account (hereinafter the «Registered User»).

JITKey makes available to its Registered Users a platform through which they can contract the management of tourist accommodations (the «Services»).

1. Registration on booking platforms. JITKey will register the property on the main booking portals and will take care of their management.
2. Advertisement Optimization. JITKey will optimize your accommodation profile on the main booking platforms.
3. Optimal Price Adjustment. JITKey will update the price daily thanks to our algorithm, which takes into account various variables such as occupancy percentage in the area, competitor prices, visits from potential guests, booking history from previous years...etc., whose objective is profit maximization for the landlord.
4. Check-In/Check-Out. For the provision of the check-in service, the landlord must deliver to JITKey the necessary number of keys to the property. JITKey will take care of key delivery and provide the guest with information about the operation of appliances and tourist information, among others. After the guests' stay, JITKey will proceed to collect the keys at the indicated address, verifying the condition of the house
5. Guest communications. JITKey will carry out communications with potential guests to provide information about the property and resolve issues that may arise during the booking process. JITKey will also communicate with guests before, during and after their stay so they can enjoy a trouble-free stay.
6. Welcome Pack. JITKey may provide a breakfast service for landlords' guests. For this, landlords will be responsible for supply. For this service it is necessary to incorporate a locked cabinet into the property where food that will not be offered for that booking will be stored.
7. Cleaning service. JITKey provides cleaning services for homes after the end of guests' stay. This service includes cleaning of bathroom/s, kitchen, and room/s, in addition to sweeping and mopping the entire house and garbage removal.
8. Laundry service. JITKey offers cleaning and ironing service for sheets and towels. The laundry service includes preparation and presentation of beds and bathrooms for the next booking.
9. Supplies. Don't worry about toilet paper, cleaning products... All consumable items will be replaced by our professionals and the cost will be charged to the monthly settlement.
10. Emergencies. JITKey takes care of managing maintenance tasks that may be necessary to offer services and guarantee the guest's stay, as well as mediating with the insurance company.
11. Legalization. According to Decree 28/2016, of February 2, which regulates tourist accommodation in Andalusia, JITKey takes care of the legalization of your tourist accommodation.

For the purposes of the provisions of current regulations relating to the protection of personal data and information society services and electronic commerce, JITKey informs the User of the incorporation of the personal data provided into an automated file created under the responsibility of JITKey, for the purpose of maintaining and managing the contractual relationship with the User, as well as information and marketing tasks for services and activities related to it.

Likewise, it informs about the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition through an electronic request addressed to contacto at jitkey dot com. JITKey undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep them and will adopt the necessary measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing or unauthorized access, taking into account at all times the state of technology.

JITKey is the owner of intellectual and industrial property rights in relation to all contents and elements included in this website, and therefore they are strictly protected by the corresponding laws.

These Terms of Use have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Regulation, and any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

The operation and use of the Website as well as these Terms of Use are governed by Spanish legislation. To the extent permitted by law, JITKey and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals that are competent.
